Job Details

Must have experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working on luxury single family homes $3M+ Understand, plan, and review the construction program including plan layout, equipment and manpower needs, budget, and schedule making sure the project is completed in a timely manner. Daily review of projects and compliance with plans using detailed record keeping. Maintain detailed and accessible records and follow through on all requests and commitments. Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment. Prepare weekly schedules. Scheduling of inspections. Approval of work-in-process requests for payment. Review of subcontracts, periodic rating of subcontractors, and providing appropriate feedback to trades.
