Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of commercial mechanical construction projects. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Manage project documentation including RFIs, proposals, change orders, submittals and project financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial HVAC, plumbing and or piping projects Familiarity with project management and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similar
