About Our Client
Organization is medium sized general contractor with over 20 years of experience in the Southeast. They specialize in municipal, federal, higher education, light industrial and small retail. They place emphasis on high level of autonomy across the business giving trust to how their members manage construction projects. They are also expanding into Atlanta so this is a high potential opportunity.
Job Description Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources for the project
Assist with pre-construction efforts
Manage all aspects of project from inception
Prepare trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee procurement process
Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
Maintain relationships with clients, designers and consultants
Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and pre-award
Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications
Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Superintendent
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions
Mentorship of more junior PMs and support staff

The Successful Applicant New construction commercial construction experience preferred
10+ years experience as a PM / SPM
Municipal, federal, higher education, K12 experience preferred
New Construction experience projects up to $25MM or higher
Technical degree level education in construction or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Stable work record
Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
What's on Offer Base Salary - $140,000 - $160,000 + benefits
