As a Senior Director of Retail Construction, Market Lead, you will play a crucial role in this pursuit by leading retail construction projects and team with delivering exceptional results for our client within Financial Services. Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, goals, and support to foster professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.
• Oversee project teams' timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards to meet client established performance metrics.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Drive innovative ways of working, constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
• Embrace an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change.

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in a related field
• Professional certification or equivalent project management certification (e.g. PMP, LEED, Six Sigma)
• Experience leading projects financial services specifically retail banking
• Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
