Ashburn, VA - Data Center Alley Well Known General Contractor | Full-Time | U.S. Work Authorization Required Build the Backbone of the Digital World. As a fast growing general contractors in the mission-critical space, we're expanding our QA/QC and Commissioning team in Ashburn, VA, the epicenter of the world's data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have data center experience and US Work Authorization. We're looking for a QA/QC & Commissioning Manager with boots-on-the-ground experience in large-scale construction-someone who understands the pace, precision, and pressure of delivering high-performance mission critical facilities on time and to spec.

What You'll Do

Lead QA/QC and Commissioning efforts across major data center builds, ensuring compliance with client specs, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to drive quality from the ground up-across electrical, mechanical, and structural scopes. Implement and refine QA/QC processes that keep us ahead of schedule and under budget without compromising safety or performance. Support turnover and closeout with airtight documentation and testing protocols that ensure a seamless handoff to operations.

What You Bring

Field-tested experience in QA/QC or Commissioning on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred). A background in with General Contractors or MEP Subcontractors , ideally with time spent in the field as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Field Engineer - working your way up through the different field positions. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning workflows . A mindset that's adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven -you thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid of a challenging and pressure driven environment.
