At QISG, we’re shaping the future of electric power generation and energy infrastructure. As a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm, we deliver large-scale, high-voltage, and utility-grade energy projects—from substations and transmission lines to renewable integration and grid modernization.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and is excited to connect top-tier professionals with meaningful roles in the energy industry.

Your ability to identify and engage engineering and construction talent will directly impact our ability to deliver complex EPC projects safely, on time, and on budget.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across engineering disciplines, procurement, and field operations to shape sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience—all within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in EPC, engineering, construction, or energy-related industries.
  • Familiarity with energy infrastructure projects and workforce dynamics in power generation, transmission, or renewables.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.

  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape in electric power or energy infrastructure.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment law and recruiting best practices.

Why Join QISG?
  • Be part of an innovative team driving critical energy projects across North America.
  • Help build the teams that build the grid of the future.
  • Enjoy career development opportunities in a growing company focused on sustainability and long-term impact.
