Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine talent acquisition efforts-tracking time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Drive best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining employer branding and diversity hiring standards.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, particularly for technical and project-based roles within the EPC and power delivery industry.
- Develop interview frameworks and train stakeholders on effective interviewing and selection processes.
- Advise on compensation strategy, including salary ranges, incentive structures, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment regulations and internal policies.
- Represent the company at career fairs and professional recruiting events to build a pipeline of future talent.
- 5+ years of proven success in full cycle recruiting in Engineering/Procurement/Construction related roles.
- Experience in recruiting within the power delivery or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
- Experienced in representing employers at university and college career fairs to attract and recruit emerging talent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in all matters.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws and recruitment compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and HR analytics tools.
