About the Role As a rapidly growing area within our organization, this is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and grow alongside the demands of the digital landscape. Our Salesforce practice leads transformative Salesforce.com implementations throughout all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment. You will be the primary contact for clients post-sales, responsible for managing project timelines to deliver results on-time and within budget. Your Responsibilities In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying customer requirements and developing critical front-end components and services. Your contributions will directly impact our technological success and revenue generation. Define and execute deliverables with efficiency. Oversee completion of project deliverables while maintaining engagement economics reports. Manage resource plans, budgets, and project statuses. Participate in client sessions either as a workstream member or team lead. Willingness to travel based on client needs, maintaining a chargeability level with billable hours. Skills and Attributes for Success To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to positively impact our projects. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with audiences at all levels. Experience leading discovery meetings to determine system requirements and comprehend client business processes. Proven track record in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, with multiple successful end-to-end implementations. Integration experience and familiarity with a range of middleware tools. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and custom development. Proficient in configuring Salesforce.com, Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows. Adept at leading solution design and identifying gaps in system states. Experience in managing project timelines and economics for successful delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and risk management abilities. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and application development tools. Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building and trust. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations with hands-on configuration and customization. Understanding of relational database concepts. Strong leadership, client development, and communication skills. Salesforce certification(s) preferred. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Higher degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Prior consulting experience desirable.
