With an immediate opening for a Senior Scientist, we are seeking a professional like you to lead our R&D innovation activities in support of our Construction Solutions businesses. Advanced knowledge of (emulsion) polymer synthesis and charaterization, in-depth understanding of polymer structure-property relationships in formulated waterborne coatings and a proven track record of success in innovation and product development are essential. As a Senior Scientist, you will be collaborating with our marketing colleagues and customers to identify unmet needs, solve challenging problems and develop innovative solutions.
