Description The Senior Superintendent on Commercial Construction Projects will: Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain seamless workflow. Enforce safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for all team members on-site. Collaborate with project managers to align timelines, budgets, and resources. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Monitor daily progress and prepare reports summarizing project status and any potential risks.
