Job Title:Senior Superintendent

Salary:- $125-$150k base + Benefits, 401k w/ match, PTO, Auto Allowance

Requirements:Ground-up Commercial Construction experience (6+ years with good tenure)

We're a growing GC firm with in the local market with one of the strongest pipelines of local commercial work.

We're looking to bring a few folks onto the team as we have a few large projects coming up around Raleigh. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term fit working on local large-scale ground-up commercial projects.

Packages will include a $125k-$150k base, bonus plan, provided vehicle, fully covered healthcare and more.

What You Need for This Role:

• At least 4+ years of full-scope ground-up commercial construction experience.
