A nationally ranked general contractor is hiring a proven Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of a flagship hyperscale data center project in Indianapolis. This long-term, high-impact role is ideal for a senior-level leader with deep experience in mission-critical construction and fast-paced, high-complexity environments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all site-level construction activities from groundbreaking to commissioning Direct field teams, foremen, and subcontractors across all disciplines Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of structural, architectural, and MEP scopes Enforce jobsite safety, quality, and adherence to hyperscale client standards Serve as the primary site lead and point of contact for owners, consultants, and trade partners Oversee inspections, documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution Collaborate with project management and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones and turnover targets are met Mentor junior superintendents and field engineers

Required Skills & Experience: 12–15+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years in mission-critical/data center projects Proven success delivering $100M+ projects as the lead field executive Deep knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and critical infrastructure coordination Exceptional leadership and communication skills Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, and real-time problem solving Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera/MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 30 certification required Experience with hyperscale clients (Meta, AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) Strong background managing high-performance teams on fast-track projects Willing and able to be on-site full-time in Indianapolis for the duration of this long-term build
