Description The Senior Superintendent will: Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly. Lead and mentor the on-site construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Collaborate with the project management team to address challenges and achieve project goals.
