Job Details
Defends general liability cases from intake through trial or resolution.
Advises clients on legal risks, strategy, and likely outcomes.
Develops and executes trial strategies and case plans.
Drafts and reviews pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
Leads mediations, depositions, hearings, and arbitrations.
Handles all aspects of discovery in line with deadlines.
Addresses client concerns and provides regular case updates.
Maintains high standards in case management and client service.
Builds and retains strong client relationships; supports business development.
Meets billable hour and collections goals.
Takes on additional duties as needed.
