Job Description

The Site Manager - Lexington - General Commercial will:

• Supervise crew and prioritize work.
• Monitor crew work for quality.
• Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines and apply necessary timeliness.
• Conduct regular safety meetings.
• Fulfill all regular and advanced project duties, including project layout, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frame.
• Enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
• Enforce all client-required safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation.
• Submit crew members time sheets into payroll by deadline.

The Successful Applicant

The Site Manager - Lexington - General Commercial should have:

• 8+ years as a construction superintendent with general commercial construction.
• Comfortable leading projects and managing a large team.
• Strong oral communication and written skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
