Site Safety Manager - Precast Manufacturing & Construction

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Manager to lead and promote a culture of health and safety across precast manufacturing and field construction operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced safety professional with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA), and a hands-on approach to training, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant work environment across plant and field operations.
Identify risks and implement best practices to improve safety performance and reduce workplace hazards.
Conduct safety training in OSHA standards, hazard communication, and equipment use.
Perform site safety inspections, audits, and equipment checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and injuries; develop and enforce corrective actions.
Provide coaching and mentoring on safe work practices to employees and supervisors.
Coordinate short- and long-term strategic planning for safety programs.
Maintain inventory of safety supplies, PPE, and equipment.
Ensure alignment with company policy and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
OSHA 30 Certification required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
Experience:
3–5 years of field safety experience, preferably in precast, construction, or manufacturing.
Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
Thorough knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (bilingual a plus).
