Location: Central Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) Job Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations at the construction site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Prepare and manage detailed work schedules and duty rosters for site personnel, ensuring adequate manpower coverage and timely task completion. Lead, guide, and motivate workers to perform their duties effectively. Ensure tasks are carried out to expected standards and address any performance issues promptly. Track on-site work progress against established milestones. Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to management, highlighting any delays or challenges encountered. Support the technical team in identifying and resolving issues on-site as they arise. Participate in rectification work to maintain construction quality and progress. Promote and uphold workplace health and safety practices in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure all personnel comply with safety protocols at all times. Requirements: At least relevant ITE certificate Electrical /Mechanical field/facility management or other related engineering field At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in the construction industry Preferably have prior experience in supervising a team of workers Preferably have experience with scheduling of work and planning of duty roster Able to lead, plan, co-ordinate, communicate with relevant site people to execute work A valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage Please be notified that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
