Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc. , a leader in the precast/pre-stressed construction industry, is seeking Skilled Construction Laborers and Concrete Finishers to join our team. Our production department offers a broad range of skilled level positions. All construction labor candidates must have the ability to follow verbal instruction and work well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking to fill positions for both Construction Laborers and Concrete Finishers.
Construction Laborer will perform multiple tasks which include layout and build forms/molds for concrete components, pull steel strands, and assist in tensioning, installing rebar, and embedding plates and operating equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Concrete Finisher should have 1-3 years of experience and must be able to use the tools of this trade (power trowel, hand, and walking trowels). The candidate must be dependable and work well with other crafts, trades, and crew members. This is a safety-sensitive position.
**All shifts generally begin between 10pm and 2am
Job Requirements for all plant position – Construction Laborers & Concrete Finishers:
Operating equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools
Following instructions from managers and supervisors
Loading and unloading building materials
Cleaning the site by removing hazards materials and debris from the worksite
Assisting craft workers such as carpenters or welding with their duties, if needed
Skilled Laborer Requirements:
High school diploma or similar
Previous experience or the completion of a relevant apprenticeship is preferred
Ability to use a wide variety of tools
Capable of working well with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn and be part of a team

to submit to a pre-employment drug screen on site
