Job Overview: Looking to build your career in construction? We're hiring Skilled Construction Technicians to join a fast-growing team working on steel and wood-framed buildings across Iowa. This role offers hands-on training, career growth, and a supportive crew environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform carpentry and general construction tasks based on your skill level
• Assist with insulation, flashing, and framing using steel studs and nail guns
• Move materials, clean job sites, and support daily operations
• Lift 5075 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Work at heights and in outdoor conditions year-round

Requirements

• 1+ year of manual labor experience (farming, framing, carpentry, concrete, etc.)
• Ability to operate power tools (impact driver, screw gun, saw, drill)
• Proficiency with basic tools (hammer, snips, square, chalk-line)
• Tape measure accuracy to 1/16th of an inch
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at 30+ ft elevations
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 5060 miles to job sites
• Own basic tools, steel-toed boots, and a cell phone for scheduling

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
