Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of general construction tasks related to commercial storage facility projects. Work with tools and equipment to construct, repair, and maintain structures. Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets safety regulations. Assist in site preparation, material handling, and general labor as needed. Troubleshoot construction issues and implement solutions efficiently. Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades. Maintain a safe and clean job site, following all company and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial construction and maintenance, specifically in storage facilities preferred. Strong knowledge of general construction techniques, including framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Must have a reliable work ethic and ability to complete projects on time. No required licenses, but certifications in relevant trades are a plus.
