The multifamily project administrator provides essential administrative support for construction or renovation projects involving apartment buildings or other multi-unit residential properties. He/she will handle various tasks, including documentation, communication, budget management, and scheduling, to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently. The Administrator will go to jobsites to confirm work completion, cleanliness, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Maintaining project records, contracts, permits, and other essential paperwork.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and assisting with budget oversight.
- Scheduling: Creating and managing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Meeting Management: Organizing and participating in project meetings, recording minutes, and distributing action items.
- Reporting: Preparing regular project reports for management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment. Quality
- Quality Control: Audit of jobsite safety, cleanliness and adherence to contract specifications.
