Construction Site Manager - Traveling

Join our team and lead the charge in delivering top-tier solar installations. We're looking for a hands-on, safety-focused leader to drive construction excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead on-site construction and enforce safety standards.
• Interpret schematics and coordinate civil, structural, and electrical installs.
• Manage schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
• Train and support crews of 300+ workers.
• Deliver daily progress reports and resolve installation issues.
• Provide technical guidance and client tool training.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic/electrical systems and heavy equipment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and construction tools.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Solar experience as a racking or mechanical foreman required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
