Job Details
Extensive Estimating Experience: Over 6 years in commercial general contracting, encompassing the full lifecycle of estimating, from bid invitations and takeoffs to conceptual estimates and project turnover.
Leadership & Mentorship: Possesses strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to foster growth and knowledge transfer among junior estimators.
Relationship Building & Presentation Skills: Adept at developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, owners, and architects, and comfortable presenting estimates and costs to key stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in estimating and takeoff software (e.g., ProEst, Building Connected, Bluebeam) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Demonstrates strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
