What will you do in this position?

As a Construction Project Manager in the concrete restoration industry, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives and overseeing construction projects. Your main tasks will include:

Construction Management: Interpret construction plans to develop and coordinate effective project plans, overseeing and guiding crew coordination, and problem-solving efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Utilize tools like Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and technological tools such as video conferencing and software to enhance project efficiency. Leadership & Executive Presence: Solve problems creatively, keep projects on time, and represent the company during meetings, inspections, and site visits with clients, property managers, engineers, and homeowner associations. Bid Preparation: Perform quantity takeoffs, estimating, and interpreting engineering drawings to create competitive and accurate bids. Sales & Client Management: Maintain relationships with clients, property managers, engineers, and homeowner associations, and prepare bids and proposals. What should you have previously? Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, especially in concrete restoration. Technical Knowledge: Expertise in reading construction plans, estimating, and solid knowledge of concrete restoration techniques and processes. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Technological Skills: Comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly adopt new tools. Sales Management: Experience in preparing proposals and managing client relationships. Desired Competencies Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail in all aspects of the project. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm while solving problems. Ability to work effectively with international teams, such as those based in Colombia. A proactive approach to problem-solving and creative solutions.
