Job Description
The Sr. Construction Scheduler will:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Collaborate with project teams to define work activities, durations, and logic ties.
- Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule.
- Analyze and track project progress, updating schedules regularly to reflect actual work and changes. Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning meetings and coordination efforts.
- Support claims analysis and delay impact assessments when required.
- Ensure scheduling standards, procedures, and tools are followed across projects.
- Provide mentoring and oversight to junior schedulers or planning staff.

The Successful Applicant
The Sr. Construction Scheduler will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably with large or complex projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage competing priorities.
- PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent certification is a plus.
