Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce document control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the flow of documents both internally and externally, ensuring that all critical project documentation is properly tracked and archived.
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure that document submissions are timely and complete, facilitating project progress.
  • Implement and maintain document management software and tools that enhance project efficiency and accessibility of information.
  • Conduct regular audits of the document control process to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare training materials and provide training sessions for staff on document control practices and software use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience with document management software and tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
