Overall financial responsible for the profitability of the project, on-time schedule completion, quality of work installed, and safety culture on the jobsite. Effective change order management for subcontracts and owner contract. Forecasting of all project costs. Reporting of project progress with regard to budget, schedule. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of commercial project estiamating experience Project experience with values ranging from $20M-$75M+ Public & private project sector experience Experience preparing self-perform bids (concrete, blocking, other miscellaneous self perform scopes of work) Project pre-planning to include staffing, status meetings to discuss strategy Overall construction process Experience with Plan Takeoffs, Quanity Analysis, Estimating What's on Offer Competitive Base Salary ($120,000 - 160,000 depending on experience) Bonus Structure Benefits Package includes: Health, Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. PTO 401K Match Growth Opportunity within company Consistent projects and pipeline
