Job Title : Full-Time CRNA

Employment Status : 1099

Location : Nacogdoches Texas

Shifts : 40 hours per week, shift times TBD

Call : Required - Call is 1:5 weekday and 1:6 weekends; primary call day off. OR and OB calls are covered from home.

Case Types : General, Ortho, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT (rarely pediatric), OB/GYN (approximately 500-600 OB deliveries per year) and Regional. Regional proficiency is preferred but the facility is willing to train.

Salary: $372,000

Supervision Model: Mainly independent, but there is an MD on-site daily; CRNA to MD ratio is 4:1

Job Summary : Located in the heart of east Texas near Lufkin, NMC is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services. We are looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join the CRNA team at this 161 bed facility.

Requirements • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in cases. • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
