Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record in commercial multifamily construction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, including RFP, multifamily construction, hospitality, condominium construction, and commercial projects. Proficiency in OST, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Sage, estimating, and Take Off is a must. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing the preconstruction process for commercial multifamily construction projects. 2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. 3. Reviewing and understanding project specifications, drawings, and contracts. 4. Preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages. 5. Coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to construction phase. 6. Participating in negotiations with clients and subcontractors. 7. Utilizing software tools such as OST, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Sage for project management and documentation. 8. Conducting risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies. 9. Providing expertise in multifamily construction, hospitality, and condominium construction. 10. Ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management, specifically in commercial multifamily construction. 2. Proven experience in RFP, multifamily construction, hospitality, condominium construction, and commercial projects. 3. Expertise in using OST, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Sage, estimating, and Take Off. 4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 9. A thorough understanding of construction laws and practices. 10. Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
