The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, drafting, and project management, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, drafting, and installation teams. This role requires the ability to balance a high-volume project pipeline while effectively communicating with stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee up to 20 concurrent projects related to audio construction, engineering, and installation Create and modify AutoCAD or SolidWorks drafts based on project requirements and customer needs Collaborate with sales, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of projects Adjust designs and technical specifications to meet client expectations and site conditions Track and report on key project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints Communicate project progress, risks, and changes with key stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, analyze project timelines, and track deliverables Identify and troubleshoot potential construction or design issues to maintain quality standards

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in Project Management within the audio construction, engineering, or related industry Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for drafting and technical drawings Strong Microsoft Excel skills for project tracking and reporting Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams Ability to work onsite in North Aurora, IL
