Key Responsibilities- Lead, direct, and mentor Project Managers to ensure successful project completion- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication- Enforce quality standards and safety protocols on all projects- Manage subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with plans and regulations- Maintain up-to-date cost tracking to align with profitability estimates- Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and customer documentation- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project activities- Act as a strategic partner, optimizing workflows and team efficiency

Required Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field- Experience:- Five or more years in commercial construction project management- At least one year in a leadership or managerial role- Licensing: Must be a 's License- Technical Proficiency:- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Project management software (Procore or similar)- Accounting cost management software (Sage or similar)- Scheduling software (Microsoft Project or similar)- Adobe/Bluebeam- Skills:- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities- Exceptional organization and attention to detail- Deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and regulations- Ability to motivate and lead teams in high-pressure environments- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA, building codes, etc.
