Job Description

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout across light industrial, office, student housing, healthcare, hospitality, and education sectors.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with contracts, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Coordinate and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to maintain progress.

Experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.

Expertise in light industrial, office, student housing, healthcare, hospitality, and education sectors.

Strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships at both project and stakeholder levels.

Skilled in leading and guiding project teams-including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.

Proficient in overseeing contracts, budgets, schedules, and project reporting.

Detail-oriented and results-focused, prioritizing safety, quality, and alignment with company values.

Dedicated to ensuring project success while supporting business development and internal best practices.
