Staff Accountant – Residential Construction Full-Time | Competitive Pay Great Culture We are currently working with a leading  Residential Construction Company  who is experiencing growth & looking to add a  Staff Accountant to their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting field teams and operations through accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Assist with monthly close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Handle job cost tracking and support budget-to-actual reporting
Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple projects
Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper coding and billing
Support audits and prepare reports as needed
What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant (residential construction experience highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and construction accounting principles
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a project-driven environment
Excellent communication and analytical skills
