Staff Accountant (Entry-Level) - Residential Construction
We're teamed up with a well-established residential construction company with stable, ongoing projects that's looking for an entry-level Staff Accountant to join their team. No degree required-just solid experience with payroll and AP/AR, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll (weekly/bi-weekly)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with job costing and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support general accounting and admin tasks
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on payroll and AP/AR knowledge
- Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
- Construction industry experience
