Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy equipment/Concrete)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full‑time, 40‑55 hours per week
Required Travel: 85% or more out‑of‑town travel; company vehicle provided, $68 per diem on out‑of‑town travel days.

What you'll do
- Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states, ensuring communities are safe and resilient.
- Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools, from hand‑held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Travel and Explore: Embrace the opportunity to travel during the week, exploring new locations while making a significant impact on various projects.
- Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to aid in project success and drive continuous improvement, ensuring our projects are always top‑notch.
- Prioritize Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards on every project, safeguarding yourself and your team at all times.
What we're looking for
- 5‑7 years of underground wet utility construction experience (required).
- Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins (required).
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (Skid Loader, Mini‑Excavator, etc.).
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
- Ability to perform frequent out‑of‑town regional travel (85% or more required).
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. We are a drug‑free workplace.
- Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
