Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with construction objectives. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates and address concerns. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and reports. Promote a culture of safety and ensure all team members follow established safety protocols.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: proven experience in construction site management, particularly within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
