Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to closeout. Manage subcontractors, site safety, schedules, and quality control. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and field staff. Ensure work complies with local codes, project plans, and safety protocols.

The Successful Applicant

Brings 7+ years of superintendent experience on commercial builds (e.g., car dealerships, self-storage, schools, retail). Is highly organized, a strong communicator, and solutions-focused. Thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented culture with strong personal ownership of projects.
