SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION A leading Boston area general contractor, specializing in Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting, is looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage on-site construction activities and oversee field personnel. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Direct all field personnel to achieve timely project completion. Maintain clear, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff. Develop and update project schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Assess field personnel and crew performance. Complete daily site reports and timesheets. Attend scheduled on-site and off-site meetings. Promote and enforce safety practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years as a lead Superintendent. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Proficiency in blueprint and contract document review. Experience with construction-related software is a plus. Strong team-oriented mindset. Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
