What you will be doing: Deliver project on time and on budget

Coordination of all field activities

Regular interaction with sub-contractors and vendors

Coordinate and manage with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator on field changes, RFI’s, and change orders.

Ensure jobsite in organized and projects a professional image

Perform jobsite safety meetings

Other duties as required

What you must have: Detail-oriented with leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem solving capability

Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgement and discretion

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with standard construction practices

Experience and knowledgeable in all construction trades

Able to read and understand construction drawings, project schedules and structural specification sheets

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this or a similar role
