Job Description

Leading daily on-site operations to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met. Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule alignment and craftsmanship. Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company procedures. Performing regular site walks, maintaining detailed field reports, and proactively identifying potential issues. Partnering closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to resolve challenges quickly and effectively. Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the field team.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3-5 years in a superintendent or senior field leadership role. Demonstrated success leading commercial and/or healthcare projects from ground-up through closeout. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, large field teams, and multiple trades on active job sites. Proficiency in construction management software such as PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Raken, and other field technology tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail. Skilled in proactive problem-solving and effective on-site decision-making. Deep understanding of OSHA standards, job site safety protocols, and quality control practices. Ability to foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing site culture. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
