Job Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, infection control protocols, and AHCA/OSHPD standards.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and healthcare facility representatives.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 3 years in healthcare construction.
• Strong understanding of hospital/medical facility construction, including ICRA, life safety, and infection control.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, occupied, or phased healthcare projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 and ICRA certification preferred.
