Description Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, infection control protocols, and AHCA/OSHPD standards. Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or issues. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and healthcare facility representatives. Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks. Profile 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 3 years in healthcare construction. Strong understanding of hospital/medical facility construction, including ICRA, life safety, and infection control. Proven ability to manage fast-paced, occupied, or phased healthcare projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). OSHA 30 and ICRA certification preferred.
