Oversee day-to-day job site operations for K-12 school construction and renovation projects

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure timely and compliant execution

Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across all phases of construction

Manage scheduling, materials, and workforce to meet project timelines and budget

Maintain clear and consistent communication with school officials and district representatives

Lead weekly site meetings and proactively resolve field-related issues

Profile

7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on K-12 construction

Deep knowledge of Florida building codes, school district requirements, and safety regulations

Proven ability to lead construction teams and successfully deliver occupied and new school builds

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style

OSHA 30 certified; State of Florida certifications or DSA experience is a plus
