Job Description
Serve as the on-site leader, managing all field operations from groundbreaking to project completion. Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, and quality assurance. Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project timelines, budgets, and client communication. Conduct site walkthroughs, manage inspections, and generate daily progress reports. Proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays or disruptions.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Superintendent on K-12 or similar public sector projects. Strong understanding of school board processes, DSA or AHJ inspections, and phased occupied-campus construction. Proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractors while maintaining professionalism and accountability. Skilled in project documentation, scheduling (Microsoft Project or similar), and safety compliance (OSHA 30 preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
