Job Description
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for light industrial builds
- Prior experience in builds like: light industrial, commercial and/or aviation experience
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure efficient project progression.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and work with the project manager to adjust timelines as necessary.
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available to meet project needs.
- Track progress and report project status, including any delays or changes, to the project manager.
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
- Prior experience in either : Light Industrial, Commercial and/or Aviation
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- No travel
- Must have experience running projects from start to finish
- Strong software and technology skills is a plus
- Able to communicate and be organised
- Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
- Experience managing teams is a plus
- Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
