Oversee and manage all on-site, ground up light industrial projects: including warehouse distribution, cold storage, data center, manufacturing facilities builds and Pharmaceutical infrastructure. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure efficient project progression. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project schedules and work with the project manager to adjust timelines as necessary. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors. Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available to meet project needs. Track progress and report project status, including any delays or changes, to the project manager. Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Must have experience running projects from start to finish
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate and be organized
  • Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
  • Experience managing teams is a plus
  • Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
