Job Description

National travel with a healthy per diem. Manages projects fully on-site, coordinates internal teams, and communicates effectively, establishing and fostering relationships with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Works with people, not just managing them. Assists in hiring and mentoring new employees, and ensures safety protocols are adhered to on the job site.

The Successful Applicant

At least 8+ years of experience, experience running your own projects, experience in ground up construction, experience in ground up light industrial, manufacturing facilities, cold storage, and life science construction. Ground up work experience needed, work with projects over $10M, good with technology, leadership.
