Superintendent Multifamily And Commercial Construction

We are a top South Florida general contractor with a successful history over the past 25+ years in commercial and multifamily construction. The initial project assigned to you will be an affordable housing project in Miami-Dade County.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Coordinate with the project team to develop and execute the project plan, schedule, and budget. Hire, train, and supervise subcontractors and other construction personnel. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, plans, and contract documents. Collaborate with the project team to resolve construction-related issues and ensure timely completion of the project. Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and inspection reports. Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on construction progress, issues, and solutions. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor and manage the project budget, including cost control measures and change order management. Implement and maintain a quality control program to ensure that work meets or exceeds project requirements. Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily projects. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a large team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Florida construction experience. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Proficient in Procore or similar project management software.

Base salary, bonus based on projects and end of year, health/dental/vision benefits, vehicle allowances, PTO/vacation time.
