Project Superintendent

Our client is an established multifamily builder and is known for bringing together some of the most exciting construction projects to date. They have a large pipeline of work and are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent who can help them in successfully manage these projects from start to completion while meeting the schedule deadlines. They invest in their employees and promote from within.

The Project Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through turnover and closeout. The main focus is to manage the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.

Daily responsibilities as the Project Superintendent include: overall job site safety, quality assurance and quality control, project planning, document control, and cost management.

The successful applicant will have a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, experience with ground up garden style multifamily projects is required, experience with ground up podium style multifamily projects is preferred, a minimum of 5 years of experience within the construction industry, a proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites, a great positive attitude and strong management ability, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, proficiency in Procore and Microsoft platforms, and OSHA 10 is required.

Whats on offer includes a base salary ranging from $100,000 - $140,000 depending on level of experience with the general contractor, vehicle allowance or company vehicle, annual bonus based on project performance, 401k + matching, leadership development program, volunteer initiatives, 2 weeks PTO after 1 year, 5 flex days immediately and paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance plans.
