This leading, established commercial general contractor is involved in numerous major projects in the D.C. Metro area and nationwide.

Due to ongoing growth and with a strong backlog of federal, commercial and light industrial building projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to join their team. They typically work on projects valued between $30M and $200M+.

Initially working on a $160M+ project you will support the project delivery team leading key scopes and sections on this multi-year project. In this role you will lead a small team, overseeing weekly schedules, safety, quality control and sub-contractor management and working directly with the end user, reporting to a Director of Field Operations.
